Need to return an item? We’re here to help! We offer free returns within 45 days of delivery.
Please note that we only accept returns for items purchased directly on solvar.live.
Returned items:
- Must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Must be returned in original packaging.
Returns Policy Exceptions
Please note the following exceptions to our Returns Policy:
- Earrings, due to hygiene reasons.
- Engraved or modified products.
- Made-to-order items.
How to return an item
- Contact us using Contact Us Form;
- Include your order number in your email (found on your order confirmation);
- We'll send you a prepaid return label and full instructions.
Additional Information:
- Returns are free. We'll cover the cost of return shipping;
- Please ensure items are securely packaged; we cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged returns.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 5-7 working days of receiving the product back;
- Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable for non-EU countries.
Quality Warranty
- All Solvar jewellery is covered by a 12-month warranty from the purchase date. Learn more about our Product Warranty.
